After graduating from university, she worked extensively in public relations for global companies such as Siemens Healthcare K.K. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan. In 2011, she served as the Director of the Public Relations Department of Alcon Japan, and in 2016, she was appointed as the Director of the Communications & Public Affairs Department of Johnson & Johnson's Medical Company. She has assumed her current position since 2019. She also serves as Executive Director of the Coca-Cola Educational and Environmental Foundation from FY2019 and as a Director of Donald McDonald House Charities Japan from FY2021.
